I offer three main billing tiers (Core, Enhanced, and Advanced) that include claim submission, payment posting, and monthly reporting. Enhanced and Advanced tiers also include support hours for payer calls, denials, and benefits verification. I also offer practice management support, billing assessments, and A/R cleanup projects. Not at this time. I focus exclusively on claim-level billing support and payer resolution.
Yes. I primarily work with solo therapists, small mental health practices, and ABA providers, but I’m open to expanding into other specialties that bill through commercial insurance.
Yes. You can choose ongoing, real-time reporting (updated and provided monthly) or request one-off quarterly or annual reports. Reporting is an optional add-on service.
If a claim requires deeper analysis—such as a complex denial, confusing remittance advice, or multi-claim adjustment—I offer Advanced Claim Investigation at a time-based rate. Payer phone calls are billed separately at the same per-increment structure.
