I offer end-to-end billing support including claim preparation and submission, basic corrections, payment posting, remittance review, optional reporting, and specialized support such as claim investigation or payer phone calls. Services are scalable based on your practice’s monthly claim volume and needs.
Not at this time. I focus exclusively on claim-level billing support and payer resolution.
Yes. I primarily work with solo therapists, small mental health practices, and ABA providers, but I’m open to expanding into other specialties that bill through commercial insurance.
Yes. You can choose ongoing, real-time reporting (updated and provided monthly) or request one-off quarterly or annual reports. Reporting is an optional add-on service.
If a claim requires deeper analysis—such as a complex denial, confusing remittance advice, or multi-claim adjustment—I offer Advanced Claim Investigation at a time-based rate. Payer phone calls are billed separately at the same per-increment structure.
