I got my start in Medical Billing by forced accident. While working as a Registered Behavior Technician and then an Office Manager for a small ABA practice, the need arose for my role to take on the medical billing for the providers. Within a few months, I was hooked. Tackling the complicated process of submitting claims and appropriately receiving reimbursement became like a puzzle—one I couldn't get enough of.
Since 2019, I've specialized in ABA-billing, which means I'm fluent in the details that matter: CPT codes, authorization utilization tracking, timely filing windows by payer, and the specific challenges of billing for behavior services.
I've worked with practices ranging from solo BCBAs to multi-provider agencies, handling everything from initial credentialing setup to cleaning up years of aged receivables.
In 2025, I launched Thrive Claim Solutions to support more providers who deserve better than a biller who ghosts them when denials pile up.
